Once your site has been accepted into the ring, it should be listed in the Index that best suits it. Prior to the Yahoo!WebRing merger (05SEP00), stats showed that these Indices were the highest volume pages in the webring for two full years. Now that detailed stats are available, we can see just how vital these pages have remained.

To be listed:

  1. Your site MUST be active in the ring (not suspended or pending)
  2. You must display a version of the code which contains links to the Indices. The most recent code was issued on November 27, 2001, in conjunction with WebRing's separation from Yahoo! This allows those using the newer WebRing version of the JavaScript to be eligible for categorization. If your code displays links to the MM, HoMM, and C/L/WoMM index pages, it's eligible for listing in the appropriate categories.
